ive been using the new OS and experimenting with the SD speed. Ive been changing it and testing it out. It makes no diffirence to what speed i set it. everything is the same. whther its 1Xspeed or 30X. so what is the purpose of this function if it does nothing?

It's only necessary for problematic games.  If you have an issue with a game locking up, try a higher speed.

Im not sure.. but i guess is for the on the fly patcher chose the best options for your SD!
