Calm down.  There's no use getting hysterical.  First off, do you have a Rumble or not?  If you have a regular SCL, just put regular old *.nes files onto your card and launch them from the menu, which will launch them in GBA mode using PocketNES v9.97 I believe.

For SNES DS, the instructions probably differ depending on whether you have a Rumble or not.  I've posted a video tutorial that outlines what you need at http://dannysied.googlepages.com/SNES_DS_tutorial.wmv if you're interested.  Depending on your card, you'll either launch snesDS.exe directly to create a snesDS.ds.gba file which you then rename to *.nds or you'll run make_nds.bat which will create both a snesDS.ds.gba and a snesDS.nds file itself.  If you use make_nds.bat then I'm not sure which of the two output files to use, sorry.  In any case, follow my tutorial and grab NDSTOOL and the latest SuperDAT from the PocketHeaven forums before doing anything else.  Also make sure you download the latest download for most of the files and then get the 11-27 binary and copy that to the folder, overwriting the default one.  This is the last version to support the SuperDAT, which makes games much more playable.

However, I'd highly recommend using SNEmulDS instead.  For this, download the latest version.  Patch the SNEmulDS.nds file with DLDI and place snemul.cfg on the root of your card.  Put your games into a folder called "SNES" on the root of your card and then launch SNEmulDS.nds.  If you have a Rumble, you might need to launch it using Moonshell or DSOrganize.

For NES DS, first try the "slot-2 Supercard" directions at http://wiki.pocketheaven.com/NES_DS and if that fails, use the R4 directions, which packages the NES games into the .nds file itself.

I really REALLY appreciate your help but im just lost....I think im just going to give up. but thanks anyway!

Tell me where I lost you and I'll try to explain it better.   Which emulator are you trying to run and where are you stuck?  Again, I'd recommend SNEmulDS for SNES and NES DS for the NES.

Here is the latest DLDI GUI TOOL 1.23 (even though it says .30)

http://chishm.drunkencoders.com/DLDI/downloads/dlditool-win32-gui.zip

This is sometimes hard to find, and this makes dldi patching VERY easy.
