I can't save gameboy games on my supercard lite. When I attempted to save pokemon red, nothing happened, that is when I went back to the home screen via L+R+Select+Start, there was no save file for pokemon and the same thing happened. Also, when I tried putting a save file from my computer onto the supercard (the .sav that VBA uses with same name as rom file) the save file wasn't loaded and when I saved there was no change to that save file either.

Does anybody know how to get this to work?

i dunno about the vba situation , but normally you copy the 64kb save file which you can find in the SC client/patcher instalation directory, and name it the same as the rom..... bar extension obviously :)  ,then put it on the mem card in the same directory as the rom, then.....

1) play and save in game as you would with a normal original cart
2) press and hold L+R for a sec to get to the built in emulator menu
3) choose the save option even if it appears to do nothing
4) exit the menu by pressing the 'B' button, do NOT use the 'exit' option in the menu
5) then use the save combo to save the contents to the save file (L+R+START+A).. or it maybe SELECT instead of START in that combo, i can't quite remember
6) bobs your uncle, the next time you start that rom the save file should load up into the saver ram automatically.. note you may have to go into the emu menu (L+R) to load the save data into the emu

that should get it going for you.
