GBA SRAM patching software

Does anyone have suggestions for GBA SRAM patching software?  I have tried both GBATA and the EZ4 patcher, but both are very cumbersome to use.  I am patching GBA ROMs for use on my EZ 3n1.  Ideally I'd like to use a tool that can simply patch an entire directory full of ROMs so I don't have to patch them one by one.  The EZ4 patcher does this, but it has a nasty habit of losing the filenames of my ROMs.

In SC's installation dir, there's a SRAMPATCH.EXE but i don't think it suits your EZ4. In DOS prompt, it says:
srampatch version : 2.3
srampatch device file_in file_out
Sample: srampatch 0 truc.gba trucout.gba
Device :
- Normal (default) : 0
- F2A : 16
- PRO : 32
- TURBO : 48
- EXTREM : 64
- EZ : 80
- EZ2 : 96
- XG : 112
- XROM : 128

In any case, you can use any exe for your purpose in command line form and do in DOS:
[program] *.gba
or:
for %R in (*.gba) do [program] [parameters] %R for a more elaborated way.
