im making a game with rpg maker and i would like to mix my own music for it with a program for windows, but im not sure which program to get i want something similar to GarageBand for mac which is easy to use for a beginner like me and has the sound samples already

you could try MIXCRAFT by acoustica   here said to be pretty easy to use :)

there are others such as ACID pro and CUBASE  :)
