1 month and mine is dead, not the supercard, yes the minisd

does it happen to anyone else??

I've had my mini SD for roughly about a year now nad it is still working fine. It is a cheap brand too called KingMax. Maybe yours just needs to be reformated to work again.

No worries here too 6 months plus regular reads and writes daily sometimes

It's just luck of the draw I think mate... had various mem cards and all have been fine apart from one, an original kingston standard-cf which only lasted 2 weeks before it became unusable. An identical kingston which i bought at the same time.. @2 years ago now) is still working fine

though since that incident i always earth my self before handling memcards and always make sure nothing on the pc is accesing/looking the card and any processes have finished a good 10 seconds prior before i withdraw it from the writer.

my luck is that the minisd is in warranty

maybe it was static eletricity. bad luck
