The new MK5 firmware lets you add your own skin onto the cart. And it looks like it lets you place the saves in a different directory too.

So for the ones that are you using the newest DS-Linker firmware, and misses the skinning option, well here you go.

Also, with these clones new 139 firmware, I guess the problem with Animal Crossing is fixed. The problem with not being able to get your friend code. I haven't tried this personally, but that's what I'm being told.

EDIT:

This firmware seems to be broken, unless I'm doing something wrong. The skins aren't showing up, and the DLDI auto patcher isn't working. Just stick with the DS-Linker firmware.

Lol, no Neo has taken the lead for the best N-Card OS! The competition is really heating up. I can't wait since the next logical step is cheats support.

Did you get everything working on yours? Are the skins showing up, and is the DLDI patcher working?

And I hope they implement soft reset before they work on a cheat system.

Will this work for a DS-Fire 16Gb card?  Guessing it will, I am sure its another clone.  This update really puts me in a position to buy this DLDI!

Man, they released another, with Xmenu 2.42 and think maybe it will work. But I'm afraid applying it, cause I'm very satisfied with the DSLinker 1.39

Well, I did apply it, and it was the samething. So yeah, just stick with the DS-Linker firmware.

And also, I just found out you can skin this DS-Linker firmware. Just throw the skin you want directly into the DSystem folder, and the skin will show up the next time you power you DS on.

Don't make a Skin folder in the DSystem folder, just throw it directly into the DSystem folder.
