I have a SC lite. Downloaded the 1.8 firmwre upgrade  all i get is the same stupid error

This isn't accurate upgrade file. Please turn off GBA

My SD card reader is pluged into the back of my computer next tothe LTP port formated the card "backed up my saved stuff first"

I checked my firmware it says the following

Now SC Version: 1.70
Hardware ID 5509f26c9d25ce87 "if that matters"

All other test's pas cept the MMC "Not found test file"

I would really like to upgrade to enable slowmo sounds like a neat trick


I've searched the forums a bit today but can't find anything other than someone asking about it and then like magic it worked for them

use the one from the USA/UK SITE and not the CHINESE ONE  

this happened to me too changed to the correct uprade file and it worked just fine

I should shoot my self in the leg for this

I did what you said.  went to the site downloaded the zip file

moved the upgrade file from the zip right to my sd card and poof it worked.

I thoguht i ahd the USA version on my desk top but i guess not
