for those wondering where the extra cheat converters and slowmotion.scc files are, here is an answer.

The chinese package included these files but the english one didn't. here is a folder with the slowmotion.ssc (named -¦++.scc) and the scc merger.

you can just rename the slowmotion scc to your rom name or if you already have a scc file for that game you can merge it with that. I won't go into too much detail but if anyone needs more help just ask and I'll give a better explanation of what to do.
