I want to order an item from these people, but whenever my mom tried logging into paypal it would ask to add a credit card, even though there's already an active one on the account. Has anybody else ever had experience with this company?

Have her check the paypal account. Shipping address should be the same as the card billing address. Also check that the phone number associated with the card is the one listed on paypal.
Either of these will sometimes cause your situation.

We've ordered stuff before through Paypal without any problems, but I'll check with her anyways.
