Any way to improve your eye site?

well how much do you want to improve your vision? and why? do you use glasses? if thats the case than laser eye surgery is ur only option. if your not wearing glasses but dont have clear vision either than you may want to  try getting contacts with just the right focus for you. or you could try eating really healthy, carrots (trust they do help, i love carrots so does my little  brother we ate them and eat them, we both have very good eyesight,but my middle brother hates the, results; horrible vision -6.5 on one eye and -5.5 on the other hes BLIND!!!!!!) also try taking vitamins, not multi they dont work well try www.Foreverliving.com and look at their natural vitamins A, C, and E. Dont know much else you can do though.
