how do i use it??? in google i typed in nesds and im guessing this is the home page and it just has a link to nesds.nds and it says DLDI support and after that what do i do with it? do i put the roms on my sc?

Download and install "DLDIrc", choosing the device you have.  Then right-click nesDS.nds and patch with the new option that appears.  Then put it anywhere on your card, along with the *.nes games you wish to play.  Launch it from your Supercard and choose the game.  Tap the touchscreen in-game to bring up the menu.

Do you know why Earthbound Zero isn't working with NesDS dan? Or how I can get it working on it?

Not really, sorry.  I mean, you could use NesterDS, which is more likely to have better compatibility, but it has no saving support.

Ah, that's cool. Just thought I'd ask. Hopefully soon support will be added for this game.
