Driving me nuts if you continue it's ok but as soon as you switch ds off bang your back to the intro, sorry if im missing the obvious. :'( :ticked:

if when you patch the game in the client, you get a 256kb save file then you have not applied the zelda update fix properly

there are 2 files to update ..
1) ndsrominfo.dat (since you can run the game you have already done this)
2) 0575.sav  ..this file goes in the 'saver' directory where you found ndsrominfo.dat.. you will see there are already similary named files in that directory, example 0576.sav ... this is needed so the patcher produces a working save file

now when you patch the client should auto produce a 512kb save for zelda

other possiblity is your firmware you are using is too old, and/or the client you are using is too old

also, just in case, thought  i'd mention that to save in game press start then choose bottom out of the 2 options
Yes I'm mad

More from a usability stand point.  When you pause the game, there should be touch panel for saving, it'll ask you to confirm.  After saving, it'll ask if you want to continue playing or quit.

I'm just guessing that this could be a problem of not knowing how to save in the first place.
