On most of my carts, I have the roms arranged alphabetically. But...for some reason, on the DSOne and G6 Real, Kirby Canvas and Lunar Knights are the first two games. And then starts Advance Wars, Brothers in Arms, Castlevania, etc.

So, I've tried everything I could think of to fix this on both carts. And I always rename my roms properly before I put them on the cart(e.g=Castlevania Portrait of Ruin, instead of *insert rom number here*Castlevania Portrait of Ruin(name of dumper group) (U).

So, does anyone know of an app that alphabetizes the roms on the cart? I'm really having trouble finding one.

If you're looking for a PC app, try FATsort.  If you want a DS-side version of FATsort, use MCTool v0.16 (patch with DLDI first).

I'd also check your card for corruption using chkdsk as well.

Actually, that could have been it. Because I used fatsort, and it renamed Kirby Canvas Curse to  Kirby-~1, and then it fell in line. But Lunar Knights was still at the top of the list.

So I downloaded it from somewhere else, renamed, and it alphabetized. So I know idea what was going on.

And thank you dan for bringing up McTool. I'll definitely check it out.

Make sure that all of the ROMs start with capital letters.  I know that the R4 puts files without caps at the end of the list.

Thank you NTolerance. I'm pretty sure that they all do start with capital letters. I usually rename them after I download them. But I may have not capitalized a couple.
