Ok... my package arrived today that includes a Supercard SD and a Superpass. I also have a 1gb SD Card and of course some ROMS.

What is next for me to do. I am pretty sure that if the Supercard is not updated to 1.52... that I need to update to 1.5 and then up to 1.52. I now that I have to use the Supercard Software to convert the ROMS to work with the SC... (I know GBA conversion spits out .gba/.sav/.sci, but what does the software give you for NDS?)

Now... do I have to rename anything before I place it onto the SD card? After that... how do I load the games up? Do I need to use some special A/X/Y combo?

In other words... is there a step-by-step guide on HOW TO use the Supercard SD and Superpass?

1. Download FIRMWARE 1.5

http://www.scdev.org/files/firmware/sd/mysd_for_NDS_PassMe.rar

2. Put UPGRADE.scu on your SD card. Put the SD card on your SuperCard      and Turn your Nintendo DS on and load it in GBA mode.

3. Upgrade your firmware as indicated on screen.

4. Download FIRMWARE 1.52

http://www.scdev.org/files/firmware/sd/UPGRADE152sd.rar

5. Put UPGRADE.scu on your SD card. Put the SD card on your SuperCard      and Turn your Nintendo DS on and load it in GBA mode.

6. Upgrade your firmware to 1.52 as indicated on screen.

7. Convert your DS roms to .dsq and put them on your SD.

8. Turn on your DS and you don't need to press A+B+X+Y (if you use passme) A+B+Y+X is only good if you use FlashME.

9. Play

10. Recharge your batteries

11. Play

12. Repeat step 10 and 11.

OK... so I definetly need to upgrade to 1.5 first and then 1.52? Also does the Supercard software convert to the .dsq format... and what other files are created for the save features?

*.sav for the save file

So there is only a normal save feature for the DS? There is no Real Time Save... sci?

No real time saves for DS I'm afraid. Really, there aren't many games where you'd need a real time save. Most DS games allow you to save pretty much anywhere.

Very good. I'll try it out all tonight. Now I have asked this before and got a few answers. Flashme or Superpass... what do you prefer?

Superpass at home because of compatibility (can't play lost in blue without it, Wario Ware is glitchy without it)

Flashme when I'm out and about just because it fits in my pocket a lot easier.

It's weird you know cause with FlashME and Mario 64 in it ... 0 roms working ... only Homebrew.

So what game should I use for the boot-up. I have the Metroid Demo and Spider-Man 2?

It most surely does not work perfectly. Without a super pass in it doesn't tell you any of the mini game descriptions so you just have to guess what it is you need to do. I consider that to be glitchy.
