Anyone can figure a way to unlock EBA on oendan2?

Kotaku has an article saying that in Japan its possible to download the EBA skin for oendan2:

Anyone know if there is a way to unlock this on supercards?

You only need to use it once.
Here's what happens to the save file after you used it.

0003FFFF: 9D FC

Sorry havent been here in a while.
Thanks for the code, not sure if it should be called downloadable content if its already on the game......
I wonder how often devlopers do that, have extra features already on the disc and charge you more to unlock it calling it new downloadable content?
