Problem with Supercard Lite - games freezing and white screens - now not working

About 6 months ago I purchased my Supercard Lite and SuperKey combo from realhotstuff.com (and I got a great deal and have recommended it to my friends who asked me!) Having only an older ds, I waited patiently, looking online for months until last month when gamestop had ds lites in, then I went out and bought one. Once I got home, I charged it and tried out my supercard, which worked just fine after a little formatting of the microsd and updating its firmware (I believe 1.7).

It worked fine for about a week or so, until it started to not detect the microsd card. Usually, after removing and reinserting either the supercard, the microsd, or both, it would begin working again. Soon after that, that did not make it work again, and I was either putting pressure on the supercard and the microsd, pushing it hard into the slot while turning it on, or pulling it out about 1/8 of an inch and not touching it again. I assumed it wasn't making complete contact with the ds' gba connector.

I was okay with this solution and had decided I would not worry too much about it... until it started to freeze during games, and not save. I chalked this problem up to the same issue, not making contact, because I noticed that when I twisted the DS slightly, it would stop being frozen and I could keep playing. This worked for a day or two, until more recently (2 days ago) it began to white screen and not start the game at all. Now all it says is "not find the SD / Please turn off GBA"

I have tried to update the firmware of the card, format the sd, and nothing has helped. What should I do? Should I contact RHS? Should I see if I can get my DS replaced (it's still under warranty)? I have not flashed it.
