How is FAT 32 any different than FAT 16? What are the pros and cons? Thanks in advance  :)

FAT32 supports larger amounts of data.  FAT16 or just FAT only supports up to 2GB and FAT32 supports higher amounts up to 8GB i think?

FAT16 supports up to 4GB drives on windows xp  only 2GB on earlier
FAT32 supports up 2TB drives on windows xp  only 32GB on earlier

FAT16 has higher performance on small volumes, FAT32 on larger volumes, but for supercard purposes there is basically no difference

Except for slot-2 Supercards, which require FAT16 to be used in order to function.

fat with 64k clusters is a good way to get extra performance out of the supercard
