There's only one, DSboy, and it runs very slowly.  Dwedit is trying to port Goomba Color from GBA to DS though, so that's really your best bet at the moment.

i hope it works out, i just wish more gb colour games worked without problems with layers/text like LoZ OoA/OoS

cheerup, you may want to just try it (dsboy) out and see how the emu works for you, since some people appear to love it.

lameboy v0.8 is no doubt the best out so far and you dont have to compile any kinda rom to get it working you just point it to your roms folder

If Dwedit manages to port goomba it'll be awesome as it's a great emulator and with fat support I can't see it being beat!

Hi, this thread was really pretty old, so I dunno if it was worth the bump.  In any case, DSBoy actually isn't all that great, and like kkan said, Lameboy is much better.

just curious, is goomba color the best gbc emulator on either slot1 or slot2?

Goomba Color runs the most games at the fastest speed at the moment.  Lameboy is really shaping up to be a great emulator, though I've heard that many GBC games still run somewhat slowly.  Goomba Color is also currently the only one to emulate Super Gameboy borders at the moment, though this may change.  Note that you'll need the updated WIP build to get SGB borders and such.

I'd consider Goomba Color the best, with Lameboy very closely behind.  DSBoy is not recommended.
