I would like to order a DSONE from them, but just wanted to know if the company are reliable.

Has any one had any expirience with them?

Will I get all the Jazzy Packaging and Card Reader?

You could try looking at the Kicktrading thread in the "Retailer Feedback" section of the GBAdev forums, as many people have reported their experiences with the store there.

Hi there! i just bought my supercard ds one from there last year when it first came out [yes the good old days of paying 100$ for it instead of 60$ now T_T] anyways their service is great! I live in Toronto and their headquarters is located in Richmond Hill [a bit north of toronto] so i got my card in 2 days =D their help and support is great too they constantly replied to my emails when i had any questions.

The packaging will be just like you see on the supercard site right now: you'll get that fancy box thing that includes a disk and a microsd reader. the packaging will probably be a yellow parcel envelope that has bubblewrap lining inside of it so your dsone is pretty safe for the entire journey.

When i got mine last september, my supercard was defected and Kicktrading gladly let me send it back and promtly sent me a new working one so my experience has been pretty good with them =D good luck buying yours!

i have bought there a couple times and had great success. The only issue is shipping is a little pricey to the usa. With that said, i NOW buy from Real hot stuff as they are competitively priced and way cheaper shipping!

When I bought from KickGaming (KickTrading), their shipping really annoyed me.  I mean, I have never seen such slow shipping from within Canada.  It took about two weeks to get from Richmond Hill to Vancouver, that is just terrible.  But other than that, they were a pretty good choice.

Let's just say they are very inconsistant.  I've heard many different ratings from them... but all bought products went back to the consumer eventually...

I had a really nice experience from them.  What happened to me was that I didn't know anything about DS and I had a supercard (it was a gift).  What I did not know was that the Supercard was screwed (those stupid faulty ones) so then I asked roman and he hooked me up with KickGaming.  I emailed kickgaming and without any question, they sent me a new supercard within two weeks for free.  =)

I'm in the UK, and even with the shipping the DSONE is about $US Cheaper than I have seen here.

Will take another look around, but it looks like Kick will get my custom.
