I have some pokesav created Pokemon that have legit descriptions, but none of them are allowed on wifi. It seems Nintendo has boxed out non legit Pokemon. How do they know it isn't legit, and is there anyway around it?

Ah, I foud out the problem. Some of my Pokemon didn't have their hometown or country of origin set.

Do you own an real pokemon D/P game or are you using a Supercard?

I own a real game. Other than that I have a Supercard Lite and an M3 Simply DS that I haven't tried it out on.

Still to certain science I don't discover in specify that it causes that pkmn's made with pokesav is detected as "Bad egg's" (in a theory believed that it was because they spent of the 510 effort points) but I have noticed that as a rule they appear corrupt when in the summary says "apparently met at" since it is the only common factor among these.. if they could corroborate my theories it would be grateful and with  would know it if to correct this the problem is solved.. 
P.D cannot know it since I don't have Wii (I prove it with some friends) but for obvious reasons I cannot base to 100% my theories (little time and many ideas)
