I bought 1 EZflashIV Deluxe, 3 R4, 1 microSD Kingston e 2 microSD PNY. It was frustrating, cause 2 microSD PNY were missing. I contacted Winsunx to refund the value of the missing items, and here is the answer:
"That is why we don't like use the EMS , because the EMS is very easy lost some thing , we will ask with the EMS about your this case , and let they pay this 2 card fund , and then we will send back 2 card to you . so please wait few days , and if you have new order , please don't use the EMS again . use the fedex will be safe"

It's very weird, because they offer EMS, Fedex and DHL for shipment, but says the EMS is dangerous due to losing things from the package. Winsunx prefers not to assume the responsability of mistaking my order. I received a very closed package, and I can conclude Winsunx forgot to put the 2 microSD PNY. It happened 2 weeks ago, and I don't think they will take care of my problem. I'm buying form stores Divineo, Modchipstore, Hopebuy and Dealextreme, by EMS shipment and never had this problem.
So here is my advice: DON'T BUY FROM WINSUNX !!!!

Is EMS cheaper than the other methods of shipment? (Thanks for the heads up btw )

how did you pay?

if you paid by card, then depending on your bank they may be able to recover the costs and pass them on to the retailer.

Wow I was going to order a EZ Flash IV Deluxe from them. But not now with customer service like that. I hope Realhotstuff carries them soon.

Hi h8uthemost. Stay with Real Hot Stuff. I bought a Superkey from RHS and received ok ! No problems with them.

RHS is my first choice (when i'm in the USA)

but if winsunx has something RHS isn't carrying yet, I order from winsunx.  So far, I've only had a couple of minor problems, but they were easily ironed out.  One time they sent me a faulty item, and wanted me to pay shipping for the replacement, but after talking to the customer service rep about it, they were willing to refund the 2nd shipping charges.

It can get a little hairy sometimes when you are dealing with a company based in Macau, but generally winsunx are willing to talk things out.
