For some reason, the game does NOT unlock the Special Circuit. I thought it might have been the rom or something, but I tried the rom on the computer, and it unlocked like nothing.

I know the circumstances to unlock special circuit in the game, and I've done all that, I've tried different ROM dumps, but they all do the same thing (or don't do the same thing for this matter)

Help appreciated.

all i can say is that i doubt an emulator could have aproblem this specific... have you checked a walkthrough, maybe you havent fullfulled the requirements to unlock it?

That's just the thing, I've DONE the requirements, all you need to do is win the first 3 circuits without losing, I've done that, got #1 ranking on all matches, got #1 ranking in all the circuits, and anything else I can think of. It's just NOT unlocking.

I don't have a psp so this is probably wrong, but could you play it on your comp then take that save and import it into your PSP game?

I've played and unlocked the special circuit already. I'm using the latest Snes9x Emulator emulator on PSP. The one with he working save states.
