I had a look around a could't find an English slowdown.scc so I translated one from the .cht file in the chinese software

note... labels are abreviated to be kind for us poor slot2 users

use the 'a' button in the cheat menu to cycle options (don't use the digi cross as it will only show the last option)

option 1 (press L or R) changes the speed up and down (remember there are 5 settings and L speeds up while R slowsdown)

option 2 is 'HOLD' L to slowdown, when you let go it can take a couple of secs to go back to full speed

the other options are obvious.

Thanks for the translation.  I was wondering what the L/R option was, though I figured out what the "L by itself" option did after some trial and error.
