Wiikey. PAL. Upgraded. No Issues.

good i got my wiikey yesterday & my wii left the depot at 8.30 this morning so ill have it in a few hours
fingers crossed that it dosnt have the legs cut

One of the theories floating around is that Nintendo is blocking certain disc IDs such as the ones used for chip config discs.  Obviously this can't affect backup copies.  They haven't blocked GCOS yet so that can still be used to boot config discs if needed. 

So if anyone hears "it doesn't work with my ____chip", it may just be blocking their chip's config disc.

I updated mine from 2.2U to 3.0U  no warning message at first  then I put Boogie in  it has to update from that it has warning message  I clicked I accepted  it updated from Boogie  then all channels works fine  I also went to Wii Setting to update again the warning message comes up I clicked I accpeted again   it did not update  it just tell me that I have the latest     no issue here  I had Cyclowiz 3.0    after update  I updated from 3.0 to 3.5 for Cyclowiz  and no issue  all working.

Also updated mine with no problems. Im wondering since you don't get the mod warning till after updating if Nintendo doesn't have something planned for a future update and were just laying out the legal speak in this firmware. Guess well know someday.
