I've got a rather neglected SuperCard miniSD.

Since I got my R4, the SC has just been sitting there in slot 2.  It was working fine, I didn't do anything to/with it for at least a month now though.

And now, it will not work.

The top screen starts to come up, but then it gets replaced with garbled Japanese text in the center of the screen.  The lower screen does show the SC logo though.

When I boot in GBA mode, the GBA logo goes through, then I get the Japanese text.

The only change I made during the time was to upgrade to the latest flashme that defaults to the top card.

Any ideas?

Bump.

I have the exact same problem.  I left the card in slot-2 for quite some time.  Then one day I want to play my DS again and voila, supercard mini does not work anymore...

Try leaving the Supercard miniSD inside the DS while turned ON for a few minutes. Try this a few times. Supercard miniSD has a rechargeable battery inside.
