I think the problem is that the unicode font that comes with the sccconvert doesn't install.

The only way I was able to get it to work was to open it with Wordpad and save it as "Text Document - MS-DOS format" rather than Unicode.  Of course, this renders the first half of the file entirely useless, as everything gets replaced by question marks.

Hardly anything got replaced if at all.  Thanks a lot Ill be playing through Zelda on my 12hr trip to the beach.
