Apparently, the only thing that was missing from my code (in the other sc api thread) is to clear the WAIT_CR register with 0x6000.

I made a quick test with it this morning, here it is : http://dslan.free.fr/testsd.zip, it just read a file and copy it's content to another.
It's based on Chism' fat driver... MightYMax is working on a new architecture for Chism driver which will integrate Supercard CF & SD access, so be patient and all you'll have to do is downloading the devkit

I guess it's working in gba mode, though, I did not check.
