White screen when running NDS games.

Hello. I happen to have a problem where I cannot run any nds(Non homebrew) games. It boots up with a white screen or just stays on Loading...
Can anybody help? Its not the SD card I've tried multiple ones.

update the micro firmware to 1.01 and the OS to 2.0 Sp4
