I can't seem to get show unread posts to work. I tried adjust it in my profile and still can't get it to work. Any suggestion?

Question to the moderators. Is it possible to have a new catagory in the General section called 'News'. The topics in the front page would only go into there and members could post but not start any threads in there. Very similar on how wiinewz does this and tehskeen did it too (now closed and winewz took over for them).

What do you think (asking mods only)

All my photos and links on the moonshell tutorial are not working, mods/admins can you fix this or do i need to resubmit?

If you uploaded them to the server last time I believe your gonna have to resubmit them as were on a new server now. I may be wrong and maybe Nt or Socket can help other wise ( if the images got backed up when the site did,ect).

This is one way to do it, however IMHO a news forum defeats the purpose of organizing threads in subforums because you end up lumping everything together.

Yeah, unfortunately attachments didn't make it over from the old forum.

I archived all of the attachment files... I noticed your post refers to direct links to files... If you just change the base of all of your links they will probably work...

http://www.glb4e.com/scdev/file_archive has been up for a while, but I just moved the forum/files folder there... But yeah, feel free to link it up anywhere.
