For those of you that don't know, if you go to the Wii shop channel and then go to WiiWare, you can download "Metriod Prime 3 Prevew". And it costs... zero wii points!

I have no intention of buying Metriod Prime 3, however I love the Metroid Prime 3 Preview channel. Those videos are so cool!

So, my question is, after Metroid Prime 3 comes out, at the end of August, will I be able to continue watching the videos through September and the months that follow?

well... i doubt they will delete a channel... why not back it to an sd card?

Why not buy the game,lol. It will be one of the best (if not the best) Wii games out.

My guess is that the videos are delivered via a stream and they'll keep the video channel up for a good while.

They are almost certainly delivered via a stream, or at least via the internet. Note the "Connecting" and the "Buffering"

It costs Nintendo money to host videos. Plus, on the wii shop channel it says, "It's a MONTH of metroid."

That's why I'm worried.

And I can't buy the game because I REALLY want SMG and SSBB, and only have $54 saved so far.

I'm sure those vids will be(or already are) available from gamevideos.com and they'll let you download it. Even in HD if there is an HD version.

They are on Gametrailers.com I watched them there instead of the Wii channel.
