I think most of the Naruto games will probably end up here eventually. There's the matter of licensing and there's the matter of continuity. For example, If a game features a character that appears in season 3 and the US releases are only halfway through season 2 there's a good chance they'll sit on the game until the character is revealed in the US, so as not to give things away or mess with US continuity.
