My R4 won't be here 'til tomorrow, but I'm filling up my memory card ready for when it arrives 

How should I get my saves onto the R4? I found this savegame converter: http://www.shunyweb.info/index.php but 'DS-Link' isn't an option. Do any of the other cards listed there use the same savegame format as DSLink? They're 520k .sav files.

Yup, finally made the change, not being able to play Worms 2 was the last straw! Plus I want to play Transformers, Doom and all the other stuff that stopped working on DSLink


Quick question: My DSLink knew which .nds files were homebrew, and wouldn't try to make .sav files for them (since they access fat with dldi). The R4 prompts me to make .savs for these when I boot them, every time. Is this normal? Can I prevent it or just hit ignore every time?

Well if I hit 'ok' it makes a redundant save file and stops bothering me... just seemed odd that I'd be forced to make useless saves.

Not to worry! Am very happy with my R4 Everything is working as it should, though I'm still seeing some glitching in Transformers - maybe my memory card or maybe the real game has it, I dunno.

At any rate, I'm off to play Worms2
