wel i got a 2gb kingston japan made but it freezes in POR is there an option that can fix it it there a speed setting so it can work correctly?
my auto detection from my dsone said its 25 is that normal for a 2gb kingston japan made?

Try formatting it in fat if it's at fat32..or vica/versa

Also when formatting in FAT try forcing smaller clusters from the default for 2GB.. there should be some headroom as it's possible to format up to 4GB in FAT. This may help get the card speed up to maxium.

well when u say smaller cluster do u mean the (FAT file size-allocation) or the space(note  i am going to try FAT32 now

You should google "fat clusters", as i wouldn't do a good job of explaining it myself. I only suggested it as something you could look into yourself if you wanted, as I'm not sure in what difference it would make, if any at all.

Have you tried forcing the speed to '30' if that's possible on scds-1?

i am planning to get 2gig jap kinston for my scds 1 if it is fast enough for C:PoR.

well i tested it out i think its it works greats with POR if u put it in 4x speed(note i only tested for an hour)
