Which format is better for the microSD and why?

I see this hasnt been asnwered yet. I do not know if anyone knows. I currently use FAT(FAT16) and do not have any issues. With that said, i think the scds1 may be more dependent on speed of microsd, that is why i use the kingston japan 2g.

it depends on alot of factors, if your using the DS:ONE, test it out for yourself, format fat16 normal,64k clusters, fat32 normal, 64k clusters, then use the firmware's speed test to find out
