Can't go on wifi with the game Digimon Dawn

When i want to connect to wifi it first goes good because that connection bar is green but couple of seconds i get this error:Error Code: 20107
I looked it up on Nintendowifi and this is what it says:
Error Code: 20107
The game you are attempting to play on the Nintendo WFC has not been authorized.
What does this mean and how can u make it go away?

mayb you got online too early and the server was not up yet?
