The new custom firmware on the block with a new style and a new idea for a PSP firmware with it all

Based off 3.40 it starts off a series of custom firmwares with new plugins such as Cwcheat ect. built into the flash.
So you can use the plugins when ever you want where ever you want such as with out a memory stick. Newer
firmwares will be released using higher Firmware Versions such as 3.51, 3.52 and 3.71.

Features:
                       3.40 and 1.5 Kernal
                       Updated version of the SCEP Recovery Menu (Credits to Danoob2)
                       Every POPS loader from 3.03 to 3.51
                       Sony NP9660 No-UMD Plugin
                       M33 No-UMD Plugin
                       Cwcheat Bulit into the Flash (W.I.P, Trying to redirect it to look for the cheat database in the flash)

How to Install:
                                1.Extract the archive
                                2.Activate the USB on your PSP
                                3.Copy Seplugins to the root of your memory stick
                                4.Restart your PSP and hold down R to go into the Recovery Menu
                                5.Activate Flash0 USB
                                ###Warning, Make sure that you have the AC Adapter plugged in and a battery with a resaonable amount of power left as you will be flashing###
                                6.Copy the contents of the Flash0 folder from the archive into the flash memory
                                7.Restart and hold down R to go into the Recovery Menu
                                8.Goto Extras >Plugins > Pops > POPSLOADER.PRX
                                9.Goto done and you finished!

How I got Cwcheat to work in my Flash:
                                                                 

People were wondering how I got Cwcheat into the flash, well I grabbed the cwcheat.prx and the the Cwcheat Folder out of SEplugins and pasted them into the flash0 > KD . Then I went   to KN and opened up the pspbtcnf_game.txt and add the line $/kd/cwcheat.prx and now when I play any game I can hold down select and it appears with out having to run the plug through Seplugins.

I have to reiterate what FreePlay was saying on MaxConsole, without most of the hate...
Contains illegal to re-distribute files. It is not a custom firmware but a theme and a way to install cwcheat partially into flash.

That's nice to know, but of course you are also wrong and put this board at risk by publicly linking to this file.

You realize these are ALL also copyrighted files, right? And that there was a GOOD reason why m33 didn't include them with the popsloader download?
