Every time I refresh or open a new page on the site, all of the icons grow about 2x and (usually) shortly go back to normal size.  Sometimes they stay big though.

are you talking about the avatars?

it's probably a bit of javascript (or css) that resizes them, but only after everything's loaded.

Not to me.

I'm using IE7.

If the page and its images have been loaded and rendered but the browser is still waiting on a CSS file that can cause the page to be wrong until the CSS is rendered as well. As long as it looks ok when its actually finished don't worry about it.

They go back to nomal size when the page has finished loading defintly a javascript error
