Does someone know the SuperCard official e-mail for use to sugestions/claims?

Best bet is to go to there official web site and ask either a mod or leave a message in one of the appropriate forums   http://eng.supercard.cn/

If its a claim you want to make then you really need to go through the dealer you bought it from!
