Bioshock might look better and packed with an awesome story but a year or so down the line I bet people will still be playing Halo 3. Single player mode is awesome but in the end its the multi player is what keeps you. Imagine how Gears of War would be without online play.

So true. Bioshock wins in the singleplayer mode but Halo 3 wins in overall longevity. I beat Bioshock twice and am pretty much done with it.

Halo 3 and Bioshock are tough to compare.  While Bioshock was one of the best looking and most immersive games I've ever played, I will definitely spend an exponential amount more time playing Halo 3 - as I've only beat it solo, and barely cracked the first few multiplayer game types.  Bioshock has shaky replay value with me.  I think Halo 3 gets the edge from me.

I'm just pumped that both came out shortly after I bought a 360.
