I was just looking at the NesDS page, and I noticed this: (7/31/2007)Touch screen problems fixed?

So has anyone tried out NesDS in a while? Are the touchscreen controls finally fixed? I won't be able to try it out until later tonight, but I was just hoping someone has used it recently.

It means he updated the code in an attempt to fix the touchscreen issues.  They're not entirely fixed, but they're improved over the older version.  There's a thread at PocketHeaven about it in the NES DS section if you're interested.

EDIT: Wow, it doesn't seem different at all. I still have to press at the very top of the touch screen for anything to select.

On my DS Phat stuff on the lower half of the screen is much easier to hit now, while it's still difficult to select the various tabs on top.

Yeah, you're right. The lower of the touch screen is almost spot on. But those tabs on the top doesn't seem to have been improved at all.

No biggie though. At least the calibration got a little better.

It seems odd, for my G6DS Real, the touch screen is way off, but for the CycloDS Evo, it is much better.  They are the same file...

Really? I was talking to someone with a Supercard SD. And he said that the touch screen is almost perfect on his cart, and suggest to try it on a different cart. But I thought he was crazy, so never tried it on another cart.
