2. Extract PSP_GAME\USRDIR\GLOBAL\LVLSETUP.INI and PSP_GAME\USRDIR\LEVELS\A01_ES\GLVLSET.INI
3. Open this files (with notebook) and find

delete this strings.
4. Replace original file in PSP_GAME\USRDIR\GLOBAL\LVLSETUP.INI
5. Replace original files in all levels in PSP_GAME\USRDIR\LEVELS\ with GLVLSET.INI
6. Save iso
7. Play

And apparently the ESRB is OK with this because Rockstar said they were going to blur/block the content and not remove it instead of keeping it hidden like the Hot Coffee assets.

you mean with the EXCEPTION of some kind of ACTION REPLAY type cheat device that will also negate the protection giving access to the hidden/censored stuff lol

My question is .... if theres stuff in there NOT MENT TO BE SEEN ... why the hell is it in there in the FIRST PLACE

Its pretty obvious that if its there its INTENTIONAL with rockstar knowing full well someone will EXPLOIT it to push the sales up of the game with a view to those using formentioned cheat devices lol

because its the same stuff only blurred, and if they removed what was blurred, then you wouldnt be able to blue it

with this hack he stuffs are musch more visible... but looking in the folders.. looks some stages are missing.. ( maybe deleted? )

and HotCoffe was just enabled via mod too just like this case..

Btw.. they could make the mod in ps2 version too ...
