Problem with loading

hi, i've got got a 2 gb SD card and super card and im using the super key and i have firmware 1.83.  When i turn on my ds the super card eather says "not find the SD Please turn off GBA" or it brings up the menu thing with none of my files showing, this started about a week ago and i could just turn it off and then back on a few time and it would work but now it always says that, i have held L+R and it says " Test SD/MMC SD/MMC error: error code:0b " ok i have no idea what that means, can anyone help?

try reformatting the card making sure you format it FAT and not FAT32 :)
