My supercard has been freezing in the main menu for about a month now, I've mostly been using it for moonshell, and it sometimes doesn't load and just whitescreens and other times it freezes part way through the "XXXXXKB/YYYYYKB" part, or when I try and open a folder. Is there anything I can do to fix this, or am I pretty much boned, it usually takes 6+ tries to get something to work.

Backup your contents and then reformat your card FAT (FAT16) , not FAT32. and see if this helps.

Done and done, however it still doesn't work. And as of earlier today before I tried it, it just got worse, I can't get anything to open at all. It was working last night before I recharged it though, I was playing some mario party DS and dragon warrior monster:joker.  Is there anything else I should do, or am I going to have to get a new supercard (my superkey and SD card are both working fine on their own, so I think all I'd need is the supercard mini, but I'd rather not have to re-buy it))

Did you try doing the self test? (press L+R during boot)

ahh, didn't know I could do that. It explains whatever is wrong.

Am I right in thinking it's a hardware problem, SRAM error sounds like a hardware problem.

did plug in/ plug out often?
my old sc mini died because of that.
try not slotting the card not fully inside (just minimum so the ds can detect it)
and see if that works. it worked for me at least(for a while)

nope, that didn't seem to work, I'll play with it some more though. It's looking like I'm gonna need to break down and get another one though, thank god my SD mini works though, that was the most expensive component. Just when there were DS games I really wanted to play too, I just got dragon warrior monsters and mario party DS, and I was gonna get contra 4 when it came out.

that error is hardware, you may be able to get supercard to replace it / your retailer.
