ok managed to crack this

Installed EVOLUTION X with SID 5 at the minute as thats the first lot of files I found  ...

6 usb sticks later and finally managed to get the exploit onto a micro sd using my MEM CARD READER that came with my M3 REAL of all things ACTION REPLAY XBOX  wouldnt see anything else as usable!!! doh!

need to know where to put stuff now that I can FTP my XBOX like emulators media etc!
