Hiya, I hope that someone here can help poor me!
I am currently playing ds games on an r4 card, with a micro sd in it.
However, recently the games I have been downloading come up with the following error message when I try to play them on my ds...
"Could not access the data. Please turn off ds and re-insert the game card."

This happens when I load the game for the first time. It creates a .sav file, then comes up with that error message. 

So, I came to this site to see if there was a patcher I could download to get rid of this problem.
I found out that I need the firmware 1.84 and patcher 2.63, so I went onto the Supercard site to download it, but couldn't find either of those anywhere! I downloaded something, but I have had no luck at all in getting these games to work. 
Could somebody please point me in the right direction?
Help would be greatly appreciated.

My Sims
Drawn to Life
Touch Detective 2 1/2
Cooking Mama 2
Hamsters 2
and Dragon Quest Monsters Joker

why do you need a patcher with an R4???

with R4 you need to update the KERNEL current version is 1.11

get the english 1.11 kernel here

YOU DO NOT NEED TO PATCH with R4 


try copy all the games from your mem card to the computer and FORMAT the memory card again and format using FAT32 as the R4 can use FAT32 format file structure

I did everything that you said: I formatted it, then put the new kernel and the games i couldn't play, and they now work perfectly!
