Hi

1. Moonshell upgrade
2. Faster Load times
3. Ability to copy, paste, delete, and create new files and folders.
4. Ability to edit text files
5. Auto-upgrade SCDSONE via wifi (more of a dream feature)
6. Built-in homebrew/picture/movie/useful-files database WHICH IS UPDATED
7. PATCHES HOMEBREW SO THAT HOMEBREW WILL SOFT RESET!!!

NesDS doesn't work with soft reset. Would be nice if they updated that.

And really the only thing I want is the prettier real time menu's. And also, there's a few games that don't run correctly while trimmed(so far I've only found Wario:MoD, and BiA, but there may be more). So it would be nice to update that.

And Kirby Canvas Curse doesn't work with patch enabled. And this is one of the first few games that came out on the DS. So it surprises me it doesn't work with patch.
Setup:
White Lite
Slot 1: CycloDSx2GB Kingston Japan, Supercard DSOne+1GB Nokia(J), 16G G6 DS Real, 16G DS-Linker, R4x1GB Kingston(J),
Slot 2: G6 Lite
PSP: 3.40 OE-A

Hi, I deleted the post you just made.  It was the exact same as the one you posted 6 hours ago.

Oh really? Is that why Moonshell hasn't been updated in forever? Could you link me to some evidence of this?

OSW

I think they should do a big revamp of the loader if they can't upgrade the moonshell code.
it's just that moonshell 1.41 is really slow and outdated. Either they do some big code changes or switch to a new loader base.

Can you launch the latest Moonshell with SCDS?  I see no problem in that really, but maybe its cus Im used to launching it with my slot-2

all what i want is realtimesave with four slots on nds games like gba,

Example, you press  the realtimesave hot key and you get
1.realtimesave
2.realtimesave
3.realtimesave
4realtimesave

i dont like having to swithch each slot to default in the supercard menu, its annoying.

Also do they have realtimesaving for gba games when using a ewin expansion/ ez 3in1 ?

and yes, please faster loading, i hate their loading speed, and last individual settings for each rom not settings for all.

Infantile Paralizer has as life, as anyone, and as anyone he probably has more important things to do like work, family and etc..

about the moonshell In supercard.. if you dont trust me why dont you ask another GURU or try contact romman ..

He was king enouth to send me a PM ...
Quote from: RommanI asked supercard team, they are not going to update to moonshell 1.7.1, because they modify the OS a lot and the programmer of moonshell will be angry.

do your really think I make up thinks in my mind??? i guess you have some trust issues...

Actually part of the reason why the regular Moonshell hasn't been updated past 1.71 is because for 1.7x he used this specialized ARM SDK compiler that made the video playing much more efficient.  However, this compiler costs several thousand dollars, so now that the trial has run out, he cannot continue progress on the Moonshell core.

Just wondering, did you get NesDS running on the SDHC v3?  And did you have to pack the games into the NesDS file, or did you leave the games in an NES folder? Thanks. If anyone was wondering, yes, I have already read http://www.scdev.org/forum/index.php?topic=11832.0 .

1. Faster Loads, Startup, etc. (can't be said too many times :D)

2. Better HOMEBREW COMPATIBILITY, it's practically all I have a Supercard for! Only about half of the homebrew apps run for me.

Does anyone have Colors, Phidias, or NesDS running correctly on SDHC? If you do, you gotta tell me!  :)

PanzerWolf

Sorry, I was questioning why the Moonshell in Supercard has not been updated. Thanks for the honest answer.

dantheman, that is quite interesting. It is really too bad that happened but life goes on.

tennis, I believe you can launch Moonshell 1.7x from a SCDS-1. It's just much more convenient to have said homebrew built in.

I´m not sure.. but you can get some faster load speed disable crashme(Bricker) protection in global.ini

CrashMeProtection=1 to CrashMeProtection=0

and if you can use clean mode to run games.. this makes it lead vary fast but you cant use the cheats, and etc...

i tryed doing that at the beginning of the year i tryed 5 random games & not one of them loaded any faster than with it knocked on

so ive just tryed again now with 5 random games with the same result not one of them loaded any faster

all the games i tryed took between 7 & 11 seconds to start with scdsone V3 & OS V3 & 1gb kingston (jap)

my M3 ds simply takes 2 to 3 seconds to load a game
