k, before it was working but now since I reformated my ds one ...its not working n e more


i use sp5
so the the probelm is that I cant use my shortcuts, for example if i wanted to open my patch menu (which is L+Y) it wont do that, similarlty if i wanted to switch top and bottom screens which is L+A
as well if i wanted to reset my ds one or even open up the cheat menu it wont let me...

got n e ideas ?

Er, did you upgrade microfirmware? Because if you reformatted as FAT32 and didn't upgrade I think there were some problems...

Try reformatting as FAT? The other problems are strange and this is the first time I've heard of something like this.

P.S. Open Patch is L+X

well...i was trying to remember the shortcuts from the top of my mind, (ya, so L+X) still doesnt work.. n e ways
well, it was fat before and .... I just reformated to the same "fat" again...

the reason i reformated it because when I put the card into vista OS it says that it needed fixing.. i was like ..ok, so it scaned it and fix it..and it did exactly that..when i put the card into the computer the scan error didnt come again..so then i put it in my ds cart and well it wasnt starting..(took it out and put it in 10 - 15 times..
just to make sure..so then i thought i should just reformat everything...and this is the problem i am experiencing

sorry for the double post

so, I upgraded it, turns out i was on v1.00 now im on v1.010...sadly...the the shortcuts are still not working...
tried formating it in xp..that didnt do the job..
i even deleted and re downloaded teh sp5 for v1.01, se if that would kinda refresh the settings or somthing, but that didnt work...any other ideas ?

n e ways, since i cant...get the shortcuts to work right now, thought about if someone can make the top screen go to the bottom so i can use the menu's and stuff

go to the file global.ini to change it manually go to something like fileselectscreen change to 0 so the screen would go to the bottom.

thanks, i changed it...LOL.. i think i found my problem..looks like my L button is broken...(looks like i got to pull out the old warranty papers)

i hated when that happened to me all i did was press it for like an hour and it fixed itself maybe something is inside yours or something.

oh, iv probably pressed this L button for quite some time...im not sure where to begin with even trything to fix the L button
