Does any type of supercard can do a conection between DS (Pokemon D/P) and Wii (PBR)?

Well, kernel 1.11 of R4DS added support for download and play, and my tests revealed that if the rom is untrimmed it really works, so maybe if problem with the DS -> Wii connection was RSA support, maybe the R4DS works with that too.

I don't have a Wii, can someone please confirm this?

Edit: It was kernel 1.11, not 1.13
