I just got a used copy of Mario64 and I wanted to know if there is a way to clear the Rec Room progress. Id like to wipe it out and start from scratch but there doesnt seem to be an option for that anywhere (and I dont have the instruction manual to look it up). Thanks.

well, if you just started or don't mind starting from the beggining then just use the supercard and play an nds game and save to the game and it will be erased

delete all saves!

as dudu says, delete the saves from in the menu and it will clear all your progress.

I trashed all the adventure saves but the rec room still keeps its records :/

Do you have the ability to run NDS homebrew on your SC? If so I have ETool on my WWW and it can completely format your NDS EEPROM and 00 all data.

There is probally a key combo that will completely reset the cart. I'll have a look in my manual when I get home in a few hours unless anyone else can look it up for you...

That'll teach me for not thinking "oh yeah, in the box!" (and for not reading manuals)

Manual sez:
QuoteTo erase all saved data press A, B, X, Y, L, and R simultaneously while the nintendo logo appears on the top screen, before the Title Screen appears

worked like a charm, thanks  :D
